Kelisonic?超聲波清洗機

• 在超聲波清洗槽內(nèi)加入自來水,或者超聲波清洗液；液位高于或等于清洗池內(nèi)槽高度的1/2,啟動定時器開始清洗零部件。

• 將所需清洗的零部件放入超聲波清洗機內(nèi)，零部品擺放不重疊，保證零件完全被超聲波清洗液淹沒。
  

• 啟動超聲波清洗機，一般定時清洗5~30分鐘，清洗完畢后關閉超聲波，取出零部件進行后處理。
  

• 利用高壓空氣將零部件表面的殘留物去除，利用高壓空氣將孔道內(nèi)的殘留物去除。需要防銹的部件另行處理。
  

• 超聲波清洗機嚴禁槽內(nèi)無水開機，為保證清洗效果，要及時更換超聲波清洗液。
